Ben is Chief Executive of L&G Affordable Homes. L&G Affordable Homes is the 2nd largest institutionally backed affordable housing developer and operator in the country. It started operations in 2019 and now has 6,500 affordable under management and will increase its stock by c2,500 homes in 2025. L&G Affordable Homes operates 9 Registered Providers and delivers operations through a bespoke technology platform ‘Brolly’, and a network of 6 Management Providers, delivering excellent customer service. We have a particular focus on increasing the proportion of low energy, low carbon homes we build and own. Ben is also on the board of the East Midlands Devco.
