Over more than 30 years, he has represented US and UK pension funds and asset managers in securities fraud litigation, recovering billions of dollars for defrauded investors in landmark cases including In re Apple Inc. Sec. Litig. ($490 million), In re Under Armour Sec. Litig. ($434 million), and Smilovits v. First Solar ($350 million). A dual-qualified lawyer admitted in England and Wales and the United States, Mark is recognised as a transformative figure in shifting institutional investors' perception of litigation from reactive to proactive stewardship.
