Mark Solomon is a founding and managing partner of Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP and leads the firm's international litigation practice. Over more than 30 years, he has represented US and UK pension funds and asset managers in securities fraud litigation, recovering billions of dollars for defrauded investors in landmark cases including In re Apple Inc. Sec. Litig. ($490 million), In re Under Armour Sec. Litig. ($434 million), and Smilovits v. First Solar ($350 million). A dual-qualified lawyer admitted in England and Wales and the United States, Mark is recognised as a transformative figure in shifting institutional investors' perception of litigation from reactive to proactive stewardship. He was awarded Outstanding Individual Contribution at the 2025 UK LGC Investment Awards and is recognised in The Best Lawyers in America, The Legal 500, and Lawdragon's Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers. Mark earned his law degrees at Trinity College, Cambridge, Harvard Law School, and the Inns of Court School of Law, London.
