In a fast-changing environment we will ensure that the programme for the LGC Investment Seminar is as up-to-date as possible to ensure you have the latest information at your fingertips.

The programme will focus on four key themes:

The future operating model: developing investment capabilities and effective partnerships. How pools develop their investment capabilities, define their investment proposition and work effectively with partner funds to deliver strong investment outcomes.
Strategy into implementation: turning investment objectives into delivery. How investment strategies and Investment Strategy Statements translate into decisions, portfolio construction and implementation — and how funds and pools ensure their long-term objectives are reflected in practice.
Investment innovation and collaboration: responding to change and unlocking opportunities. How pools and funds respond to changing markets, explore emerging investment opportunities and collaborate where it makes sense, balancing specialisation, scale and access to expertise.
Investment oversight: challenge, accountability and performance. How funds, committees and Independent Persons effectively scrutinise investment decisions, assess pool performance and ensure investment strategies are being delivered as intended.
