Holly currently holds the position of Co-Fund Manager on the M&G Secured Property Income Fund (SPIF) - a dedicated long lease property fund and the largest pooled institutional property fund in the UK (c. £5 billion, 31 December 2021). Holly has nearly a decade of experience in sourcing, pricing and structuring long lease property transactions, as well as managing a large client base of predominantly defined benefit pension schemes.

Prior to joining M&G in 2011, Holly gained a First Class MA (hons) in Economics and Politics from the University of Edinburgh. Holly is a CFA Charterholder.
