William has worked in institutional asset management for nearly 40 years and advised public sector pension funds since 2009. A thought leader within the financial industry, he acts as independent advisor to three LGPS funds, and chairs two Pension Boards. He has a Masters in Finance from the London Business School, and is Director of Linchpin Advisory Limited, providing advisory services on investment and governance.

William has three millennial and one Generation Z children and lives with his wife in Kent.
